HISTOTECHNICIAN JOB OPENING

American Dermatopathology Laboratory 

(certified, eligible for certification or currently a histotechnician student)

The American Dermatopathology Laboratory located south of Dayton, OH (north of Cincinnati, OH) is a private medical lab specialized in processing and interpreting skin biopsies from patients with skin rashes and tumors.

We have an immediate opening for a laboratory histotechnician (histology technician). The position is either part-time or full-time- first shift (5:00 am-1:00 pm if full-time and 5:00 am-9:00 am if part-time), Monday to Friday. Weekends off.

Both an entry level candidate (with no previous work in this field) and a certified or eligible for certification histotechnician as well as a current histotechnician student will be considered.      We will train the right candidate even if that person has no experience.

Immediate availability.

·        Self-motivated and able to work independently

·        Highly organized with attention to detail

·        Positive and energetic

·        Excellent communication skills and follow-through skills
